Sencha Ishi-A

From Shizuoka Prefecture, Japan, the leaves of Sencha Ichi-A are a beautiful soft green, with a sweet aroma of grass with some notes of dried fruit. Some tea dust is suspended in the green liquor and reveals a well-balanced flavor of green vegetables with discreet bitterness.
