The whole leaves in the shape of needles, of a beautiful fir green, release a clear liqueur, pale yellow, unctuous, sweet and intense at the same time with herbaceous notes less present than usual, accompanied by some minty notes. Mild astringency persists pleasantly in the mouth combined with an umami sensation.
