Rooibos naturally flavored with bergamot results in a caffeine free version of the classic Earl Grey.
Rooibos is cultivated, at an altitude ranging from 1500 to 2500 feet. During the oxidation process, the green leaves/twigs turn from a light green to an orange color.
It is rich in antioxidants, minerals and vitamin C. It is also caffeine free, with low tannins.
The resulting cup embraces the citrus of the bergamot and is without any bitterness.
