Jin Long Mo Li
A classic scented organic green tea grown in the Jiangxi province in China. This green tea, as many others, is harvested in the Spring. The plantation does not use any chemical pesticides or fertilizers.
The tea leaves are steamed rather than pan-fried and then subtlety scented with jasmine petals harvested early in the morning, in the month of May.
It has an exquisite and abundant jasmine character.
