Silver Needles

Produced in the Fujian Province in China, and consisting only of buds picked between the end of March and the beginning of April. Made from Bai Hao Yin Zhen white tea. The April tea harvest is stored pending the August jasmine harvest. The fluffy needle-like leaves are brought into contact with lots of fresh jasmine flowers which are then removed. The operation is repeated seven times and the result is fabulous.

The pale liqueur, with a velvety texture, provides a sweet, light flavor and a fresh and lingering minty length. A classy tea. One of the best jasmine teas.
