Bocha Karigane

Japanese green tea, picked in May and June in gardens in Shizuoka Prefecture. Long green leaves mixed with yellow or pale green stems, give a liqueur a little sweet, herbaceous, of a roundness without bitterness. The stems contain very little theine, making it a relaxing beverage. Excellent with sushi.
