Bancha Tamagawa

From Shizuoka Prefecture in Japan. Late harvest tea producing a pale green infusion. Its taste is delicate but all the same more pronounced than its cousin the sencha. Very vegetal fragrance reminiscent of freshly cut grass. The liquor is slightly sweet and slightly bitter.
