Bancha Fukujyu

Traditional Japanese green tea. It is produced in the Shizuoka region from tender leaves from first and second harvests. This tea is rolled into needle shapes after steaming and drying over a wood fire, which gives the leaves a beautiful sheen.

The cup is clear, full-bodied with vegetal and marine notes. It is very rich in vitamin C and leaves a light refreshing bitterness in the mouth.
