The bud and the first two leaves, of a beautiful deep green, have vegetal notes that become pale green with the infusion. They smell the sweet scent of apricot and offer a silky liqueur that has a taste of cooked greens accompanied by marine notes that persist for a long time. Fresh and elegant.
