Sencha Hatsuzumi

This exceptional quality tea comes from the greater Shizuoka region of Uji. Beautiful mountain tea, hand picked in spring.

The whole leaves in the shape of needles, of a beautiful fir green, release a clear liqueur, pale yellow, smooth. Intense marine notes, accompanied by hints of menthol. Mild astringency persists pleasantly in the mouth combined with an umami sensation.
