Yue Guang Bai
This is an outstanding tea made from Yunnan large leaf varietal tea in Simao, Yunnan, China.
The tea may be picked in the spring or in autumn. It is wilted slightly and then dried with warm wind tunneled through the tea, until it is dry.
The taste is sweet, honey-like, and thick with malty tones.
It may be steeped often, up to 7 or 8 times.
