Shui Jin Gui
Oxidized 70%
From the Wuji mountain, Fujian Province in China, this tea grows at an altitude of 800 meters. Its name means Golden Sea Turtle, from a legend telling the transformation of a turtle into a tree (tea plant)
The leaves are fermented, roasted and slightly curled. The resulting dark leaves give an amber liquor with discreetly woody notes, drizzel in accents of caramel.
A complex and seductive tea that will appeal to a large number of gourmets.
The lightest roast Oolong.
