Jing Gu Bai Mu Dan
This special broad leaf tea is a variety from Jinggu Yang Ta village (Camellia Taliensis).
Being an imperial tea, only the best leaves are selected early in the spring. They are slightly wilted and then dried in a hot wind tunnel. This tea, when young, looks like pure white tea. With age and oxidizing it develops a more pronounced and deep taste.
The liquor is sweet and dense with malt tones.
