Yin Zhen is the name given to authentic white teas. This white tea is picked and processed early in the spring just before the Qing Ming festival.

This tea is picked, lightly wilted and then dried using a hot wind tunnel.

The liqueur is fresh, fruity, almost transparent and loaded with downy buds.

It is a special tea from Yunnan made from the Jinggu Yang Ta variety of broad leaf teas.
