25% oxidized. Considered a top grade tea among the wulong, this tea is grown in the gardens of Raoyang Township, Anxi District, Fujian Province in China. The average temperature in this region is 15 to 18 degrees Celsius. It enjoys optimal sunshine and an ideal level of precipitation for growing tea.
The leaves picked and rolled by hand are significantly less oxidized (between 10% and 25%) than other varieties of Ti Guan Yin. The roasting is short and is only intended to dry the leaves that smell of spring: hyacinth flowers, lily of the valley and lime blossom. They reveal a yellow liquor with green reflections, round, velvety very floral. This liqueur is well balanced between vegetal, floral and woody and has a nice length in the mouth.
