Spearmint

What a freshness this infusion of spearmint that refreshes only to its smell. The taste bursts in the mouth like fireworks, almost pungent. Aromatic and medicinal plant since ancient times, it is stimulating and has effects on digestive disorders even those of nervous origin. This mint, combined with the Chinese green tea Gunpowder or Chunmee, is used to flavor teas from the Middle East and North Africa (Arab countries).

To refresh yourself in the summer, nothing better than a mint herbal tea. Infuse in water at room temperature for a few hours and then put in the fridge.
