Oxidized 35%. From the Fujian region of CHINA at 2,500 feet above sea level, Ti Guan Yin is the best known of the oolongs.

The beautiful large whole leaves, curly and dark green give a pale, greenish yellow liquor. Its woody scent changes upon infusion; the taste is delicate, a little sweet with floral notes.

Its flavor persists for several infusions.
