Zhu Jiang (Pearl River)
"Pearl river tea"organically grown in the Wu Yuan region, Jiangxi Province, this premium tea is processed differently from most green teas.
The leaves should be picked covered in dew mist to improve the quality.
The harvest is done in March and April, by hand, the bud and two leaves.
The translucent and shiny liquor, a beautiful forest green, is full-bodied, delicate with fresh notes with a fine touch of acidity.
