Rare tea from the Shui Xian variety, a single-trunk tea plant, the branches of which form an umbrella.
Renowned for its honey, sweet notes on a woody base.
The leaves are very fermented (60-70%) and even dry they are aromatic like a beautiful promise.
The long narrow leaves, slightly twisted, offer an orange liquor, full-bodied, round with exotic notes of lychee, and accents of honey with a gently sweet length.
