Ambootia garden is an organically grown and fair trade garden.
It was among the first gardens established by the British in the mid-19th century. It is located near the town of Kurseong, in Darjeeling on the foothills of the Himalayas at an altitude of 950 meters to 1450 meters.
This garden practices dynamic organic cultivation.
Ambootia produces one of the great Darjeelings. This Second Flush gives whole, brown and green leaves with many golden buds that deliver a balanced flavor.
Defined by a round body, fruity, long in the mouth and dominated by a note of liquorice.
