Produced in the region of Usambara in Tanzania, in high altitude, this black tea is manufactured using the CTC method (Cut-Tear-Curl) giving it this noticeable granular appearance. In this case, a small quantity of tea produces a brillant, rich and malted copper colored cup. The tea is strong and full bodied. An excellent morning tea.
